Taking the Event World on an Ad-Venturo

Venturo had a vision—to be the go-to platform for discovering exciting events, making new connections, and creating unforgettable experiences. However, their branding didn’t reflect this. With only an outdated logo and no cohesive brand identity, Venturo struggled to stand out among other event directories. They needed a professional yet playful look that would not only differentiate them but also position them as a trusted and fresh voice in the event space.

 

The challenge was clear: build Venturo’s brand identity from the ground up. This included:

  • Creating a modern, visually compelling brand that balanced fun and professionalism.
  • Designing a new mascot, inspired by their old logo, to add personality and recognition.
  • Developing a new website with an intuitive event directory, event calendar, blog, and room for future expansion.
  • Producing fresh graphic content for every event they collaborated on or hosted.

We started by researching similar companies and identifying what would make Venturo stand out. Collaborating closely with the Venturo team, we ensured the brand’s new identity aligned with their vision, mission, and culture.

For the visual identity, we combined colourful accent tones with dark and light grey backgrounds—keeping the brand professional yet energetic. A new mascot, an illustrated squirrel, was developed to interact with visual elements and enhance brand recognition.

To improve user experience, the website was designed to fully embrace the new identity, offering a vibrant yet seamless interface. We implemented:

  • A colour-coded system using colour theory to help users quickly identify different event categories (e.g., green for adventures, red for romance).
  • A structured and user-friendly event directory for effortless navigation.
  • A blog section to provide valuable event insights and updates.
  • Scalable design elements to allow future growth.

With every new event Venturo hosted or collaborated on, we created custom graphic content that reflected their fresh and adventurous identity.

Since the launch of the new brand and website, Venturo has seen remarkable growth.
